The HIKE Foundation is looking forward to our Fifth Annual Celebrity Golf Classic - being held on June 11th at Rush Creek Golf Club. We are especially looking forward to this year's Celebrity Golf Classic as we have made a new and existing change to our celebrity format. In 2007, we will move to a celebrity format where each foursome will play one hole with each of my celebrity guests in a "Pros versus Joes" format. Those celebrity guests will include Twin Cities Sports Legends like Paul Molitor and Kent Hrbek, as well as current Vikings like Steve Hutchinson, Ryan Longwell and me.

The "Pros versus Joes" format coupled with the "HIKE Golf Pro Shop" from Nike Golf, adidas Golf, Calloway and TaylorMade ensure that the HIKE Foundation Celebrity Golf Classic will remain one of the twin cities top golf events.

As a valued HIKE Foundation supporter and a Celebrity Golf Classic Alumni, you are being given the first opportunity to register for this year's event. As a Foursome Sponsor, you will receive one foursome, with each member of the foursome receiving:

• 18 holes of golf with cart with a Celebrity
• $100 of Nike Golf, adidas Golf, and TaylorMade items from the "HIKE Golf Pro Shop"
• A commemorative frame that contains a signed photo of me and a photo of your foursome with one of the Pros
• Participation in the Pre-event Luncheon, Post-event Awards Reception and unlimited on-course food beverage from our friends at Coca-Cola, Chili's Grill & Bar, Matty B's and Maggiano's Little Italy

The Celebrity Golf Classic is the HIKE Foundation's largest fundraiser and with your support the HIKE Foundation will continue its mission of providing at-risk twin cities children with the Hope, Inspiration, Knowledge and Education they will need to make it through the key educational transition points between elementary, middle, high school and college.

In 2006, the HIKE Foundation began a twelve year journey where we will invest over $1,000,000 in the lives of at-risk twin cities youth through our HIKE SCHOLARS program. The HIKE SCHOLARS program provides social reinforcement, interactive educational programs, educational assistance and life skills mentoring; ensuring that each HIKE SCHOLAR will be properly prepared for higher education.
